We are looking for a strong communicator for the position of Sales Manager – (FSLM)

Objective of the position:

Directly supervises a group of Specialty Care Sales Representatives. Has responsibility to deliver sales results for the entire geography.

General Job Responsibilities: 

Conducts activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to your role. Completes all required training on the AZ Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards on time, reports any potential issues of non-compliance.

Main tasks

Sales target performance

  • Lead sales team to meet /achieve established sales targets and deliver operational business goals.

Brand Know-how

  • Regular participation in brand team meetings and to being part of development of overall Marketing / Brand strategy

Territory Management

  • Accountable for execution and delivery of high-quality territory action plans, strategic account plans and calls plans.

  • Work with individual Salespeople to establish appropriate and challenging goals for each territory.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and regional team meetings to give direction and follow up best practices.

  • Provide regular and detailed feedback to Salespeople at individual customer level based on account plan and Territory Action Plan.

  • Assess individual and team progress toward goals and coach to improve.

  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with HCP, especially distribution of samples etc

People Management

  • Develop individuals to high performance skills

  • Develop and run sales trainings

  • Coach team and individuals on an ongoing basis (double visits)

  • Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may have a negative impact on performance of individuals or within region

KPI´s & Capability Development

  • Coaching time (>40%)

  • Ensure days in field (at least 195) as well as calls per day (Salespeople)

  • Ensure 100% CDTI following in all activities & behaviour

  • Account working and AI usage

Essential Skills

  • At least 7-10 years proven work and experience in a similar role or Sales/Marketing/Medical role in multinational matrix company and previous industry sector

  • Good command of English and German (written and spoken)

Education:

  • Matura or education degree  

  • Ein Universitätsstudium aus den Studienrichtungen Wirtschaft oder Wissenchaft
